Provide detailed information about our services, stylists, and special promotions.
Manage client accounts by updating contact, billing, and appointment details.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and diplomacy, escalating to management when necessary.
Collaborate with our on-site team to relay client needs and feedback.
Process transactions and confirm payment details for services.
Track and report daily sales and salon-specific KPIs.Required Skills:
Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
Exceptional phone etiquette and proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
Strong command of English in listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download) and a suitable home office setup.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Friendly, energetic personality with a customer service focus.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the beauty industry or a related field.

Respond to client emails and texts, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Assist clients “virtually” during check-ins and check-outs at our salons.
