Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that operations comply with the company's standards for SHE and Quality. Define, develop and manage an efficient and effective operation system and procedures for production and related activities. Ensure that the management system (including SHE) is in place, maintained, communicated and complied withPromote the SafeStart working culture, investigate and report accidents, incidents and near misses. Ensure that the installation is managed in a technically sound, safe and environmentally acceptable manner, by complying with all the company's requirements and other relevant requirements and best practices. Control maintenance and repair of factory equipment/machinery and comply with MOC. Set targets and Key Performance Indicators and ensure adequate management Continually analyze plant performance, and drive continuous improvements.
