Role Overview:We are looking for our latest talented Backend Developer who can design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work on integrating multiple third-party APIs, managing authentication, payments, and accounting systems, and building a robust, secure infrastructure. This is a remote role, but you are expected to work weekdays during standard office hours and follow guidance from the tech leads.Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express, GraphQL, and TypeScript.

Develop and maintain APIs for Next.js frontends, integrating third-party platforms.

Implement user authentication, authorization, session handling, and security best practices.

Manage databases (MongoDB, Redis) and caching strategies.

Work with AWS services: EC2, Route 53, Amplify, Elastic Beanstalk, Serverless frameworks.

Integrate payment systems (Stripe) and accounting tools (Xero, Wave).

Integrate and manage CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot).

Handle multi-currency and multi-location scenarios.

Build state management solutions with Redux and maintain frontend-backend consistency.

Collaborate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and system architecture planning.

Work closely with product and frontend teams using Jira, Slack, Bitbucket.

Contribute to AI and LLM-powered solutions (chatbots, automation).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, GraphQL, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
Proficiency in MongoDB, Redis, and server-side caching strategies.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, Route53, Elastic Beanstalk, Amplify.

Experience integrating third-party APIs. * Knowledge of payment gateways, accounting systems, and CRM integrations.Familiarity with Zod or other validation libraries. * Experience in system architecture design, security, and scalability.Comfortable with CI/CD, team collaboration, and independent problem-solving. * Experience in mobile development (Flutter, React Native) is highly desirable but not mandatory.Strong analytical and planning skills; * Good communication and presentation skills;
