We are currently looking for a Partnerships Lead (Supervisor/Manager) to lead high-impact initiatives that drive company growth and operational efficiency. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution, fostering strategic partnerships, and collaborating with key departments to deliver results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and capable of navigating complex projects while working closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities Conceptualize, plan, and lead special projects with cross-functional teams for successful execution Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, leading negotiations and fostering partnerships Collaborate with other departments such as Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to achieve project goals Contribute to company growth strategies by identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth Prepare comprehensive project reports and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders Work closely with the Head of Special Projects, manage day-to-day program activities, and oversee key actions. What We Are Looking For Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course Experience in business development, account management, or merchant partnerships is an advantage Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders Experienced in strategic planning and execution, particularly in driving growth and revenue through projects Industry awareness to understand market trends, and competitive landscapes Willing to work onsite (Marcos Highway, Antipolo Rizal)
