- Delivers learning and development solutions to the needs of the division account partners to meet business objectives and drive value to the stakeholders
- Designs, develops, and manages programs (and interrelated projects) within company policies and procedures efficiently and effectively to deliver value to the stakeholders
- Improves and implements systems/technology and tools to deliver scalable learning and development solutions across the division and the organizations
- Optimizes resources allocated to the unit in achieving results through systematic approach to planning and execution of programs and projects
- Identifies and monitors talent development metrics to measure the results of the programs, projects, and team performance
