Drives operational planning of the unit to support the strategic planning effort of the Talent Development team to support the learning and development needs of the organization.
Delivers learning and development solutions to the needs of the division account partners to meet business objectives and drive value to the stakeholders
Designs, develops, and manages programs (and interrelated projects) within company policies and procedures efficiently and effectively to deliver value to the stakeholders
Improves and implements systems/technology and tools to deliver scalable learning and development solutions across the division and the organizations
Optimizes resources allocated to the unit in achieving results through systematic approach to planning and execution of programs and projects
Identifies and monitors talent development metrics to measure the results of the programs, projects, and team performance
