In this role, you will oversee all phases of utility construction across various telecom projects. You'll collaborate with a team of construction professionals to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction Tasks: General Daily Activities Ensure all Unit Data Forms (UDFs) are current. Participate in Ops Team sign-offs. Submit any necessary material supplemental changes and notify Order Management. During Construction Tasks: General Daily Activities Email first-day work orders to assigned crew (market-specific). Ensure safety documents are uploaded and completed daily. Ensure Early Project Launch (EPL) is scanned to site. Ensure the crew properly manages customer network access (EIM, NFSD, AccuV, etc.). Coordinate approvals related to build plan or design changes. Request material supplemental orders, coordinate availability with the warehouse, and ensure timely delivery to crew or site. Facilitate WERF/OBF requests when necessary, working with WHSE EPL Lead/PM Team for timely delivery to crew or site. Collect deliverables from contractors to ensure timely project closeout, including tape drops, EH&S, RET worksheets, and required testing reports. Coordinate and communicate integration and troubleshooting efforts between crew, contractor remote support, and interval teams. Score all appropriate construction tasks (milestones) or communicate to CPM when tasks are completed. Ensure outage requests are submitted and monitored for timely completion. Assist Construction Manager (CM) with equipment rental coordination. Follow up on power delivery through installation. Assist with forecast accuracy, ensuring the rolling 4-week horizon is maintained. Escalate any slippage of current jobs impacting upcoming jobs as needed. Assist CM in ensuring all permits are closed. For SPG projects, upload required deliverables to Tower companies. What it takes to be part of our team: Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges. Commitment to long-term project engagement. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred. 3-5 years of experience managing telecom construction projects. Knowledgeable in telecom construction practices including Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, and map reading. Effective troubleshooting abilities for field issues. Previous experience in site management with a proven ability to maintain positive client and supplier relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Project, with a capacity to adapt to new software applications *Candidates must be willing to work in Harton, Para aque, or at 2E-com MOA on a night shift schedule.
