Role description: This role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis' offices globally. Role accountabilities: Collaborate with other team members to deliver project requirements on time and of high quality Work as project resource, completing allocated tasks to meet budget, timeframe and quality objectives and meeting or exceeding client expectations Operate as a competent professionals within a single area of work with little supervison Work under the direction of a more senior engineer on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tasks. Assists engineers in completing project deliverables and overseeing drawings and 3D models preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements and relevant design standards and codes of practice. Have an awareness of sustainable development best practice Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your supervisor, manager or Arcadis Qualifications & Experience: Licensed Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineers Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience Basic knowledge in design software (Microdrainage, 12d, InRoads Storm and Sanitary, OpenRoads, SUDA, Drains, HY8, HECRAS) is an advantage Basic knowledge in modeling software AutoCAD, CIvil 3D or similar drafting/modeling software (Microstation) is an advantage Demonstrated experience in working independently with the ability to work in complex, challenging environment Why Arcadis We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
