Key Responsibilities Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content platforms. Manage and update CRM and email marketing databases with accuracy. Schedule, coordinate, and publish content on social media platforms. Assist with preparing and distributing marketing materials. Monitor, gather, and analyze marketing data; prepare regular performance reports. Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure projects stay on schedule. Assist with internal team communication, meeting scheduling, and note-taking. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives forward. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a marketing support role or digital agency is a plus. Keen interest in growing and learning within digital marketing. Passion for education and making a positive impact through meaningful work. Technical Skills Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel). Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Click Up). Personal Attributes Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
