This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining key systems, and facilitating team communication - all in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content platforms. Manage and update CRM and email marketing databases with accuracy. Schedule, coordinate, and publish content on social media platforms. Assist with preparing and distributing marketing materials. Monitor, gather, and analyze marketing data; prepare regular performance reports. Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure projects stay on schedule. Assist with internal team communication, meeting scheduling, and note-taking. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives forward. Contribute ideas and feedback on how to align marketing with our education-focused mission. What Success Looks Like Marketing campaigns and projects are executed on time and to a high standard. CRM and marketing databases are accurate, organized, and up to date. Social media and content schedules are managed seamlessly. Data insights and reports consistently inform marketing strategy. Team communication is efficient, fostering collaboration and effectiveness. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a marketing support role or digital agency is a plus. Keen interest in growing and learning within digital marketing. Passion for education and making a positive impact through meaningful work. Technical Skills Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel). Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Click Up). Personal Attributes Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Enthusiastic about personal and professional development. Strong team player with clear and proactive communication. Believes in radical candor - honest, respectful, and constructive feedback as a foundation for team growth.
