- Work collaboratively with Client Services in developing digital campaigns
- Manage the digital planning and buying process of a team of planners/buyers, as well as reporting and optimization for various digital platforms and executions
- Consolidate data and analyses done by the Digital Operations and Client Services Teams to establish learning and drive improvement of existing practices
- Identify and evaluate the results of test and learn initiatives to discover new knowledge and support for innovative agency recommendations
- Work with relevant internal and external OMG teams and digital partners for brands' requirements and deliverables
- Guide junior members of the digital operations in plan management, campaign evaluation, as well as developing recommendations for digital campaigns
