As a Bookkeeper , you will be responsible for recording and maintaining clients' financial transactions, encompassing purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. Your duties will involve recording this financial data into general ledgers, which serve as the foundation for producing the balance sheet and income statement. Bachelor's degree, preferably in accountancy, is a PLUS. Payroll experience is a major plus. Experience with accounting software and data entry. Bank reconciliation experience/knowledge is a MUST. Tax filing experience. Very comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. No attendance issues or minimal attendance infractions from the previous company. Skills/Knowledge Required: Understanding accounting concepts (Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers). Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data. Monitoring the company's finances based on financial status. Analyzing employee expenditures, managing income and expenditure accounts. Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company. Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations. Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets. Ability to work independently. Detail-oriented. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
