
Implementation Consultant II

- Implementation for single product for small to midsize property management companies.
- Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
- Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer
- Accurately forecast activations and update backlog on a weekly basis
- Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate to your leader, issues or risks to assigned implementations
- Follow through on commitments
- Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting, Business or Finance related position
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Position requires 3 years experience in use of the OneSite product lines
- Affordable housing experience preferred, specifically HUD and Tax Credit
- Software and/or multifamily property management experience required
- Experience working in a sales environment a plus; knowledge of the sales cycle
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
- Must possess good organization and time management skills;
- Customer service experience is required
- Able to work with little supervision, but knowing when to escalate problems
- Must have the ability to work with many different personalities
- Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change
- Able to work extended hours when required
- Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift schedule
- Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Work on site and Work from Home)
