Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering At least 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, preferably within the Electronics industry Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control processes KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans. Resource Coordination: Ensure raw materials, machinery, and labor are available for production runs. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and initiate material orders. Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Resource Persons to forecast demand and adjust plans. Process Optimization: Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and implement LEAN principles. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues. Reporting: Track progress, report on performance, and maintain production records.
