Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed and accurate tech packs including garment specifications, construction details, trims, fabrics, and measurements to support product development and production.
  • Design and develop visual assets such as graphics, branding elements, product mockups, and digital materials that align with client and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements, ensuring creative outputs are both visually compelling and technically feasible.
  • Ensure all designs and tech packs meet production standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
  • Present design concepts, drafts, and tech pack outputs for feedback, incorporating revisions as needed.
  • Stay updated on fashion, design, and graphic software trends to continuously enhance creativity and technical accuracy.
  • Work closely with the content and sourcing/production teams to align visual elements with overall project goals, timelines, and strategic direction.
  • Review and recommend new design tools, software, or best practices that can improve workflow efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in graphic design and tech pack creation (apparel/fashion industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tech pack creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production requirements.
  • Excellent eye for detail, accuracy, and design aesthetics.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to turn concepts into tangible design outputs.
