Monark is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage employee benefits, government compliance and facilitation of onboarding new hires. Youll be the go-to person for team members on payroll accounts, statutory contributions, and company perks. What You'll Do Handle SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG loans & updates. Facilitate onboarding process for new hires. Guide employees on company benefits (Rice, Educational, Child Birth, Bereavement). Manage HRIS records, payroll accounts, and COEs. Oversee uniform logistics. What We're Looking For Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
