You will contribute directly by: Preparing and approving invoices, adjustments, and credit notes. Producing comprehensive financial reports to support reconciliation and review. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address and resolve billing discrepancies. This Role Is for You If Experience & Skills Non-Negotiables: You hold a degree in Finance or Accounting and have 4-5 years of solid experience in billing and accounts receivable. You are adept at preparing and issuing invoices, processing adjustments and credit notes, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and known for your keen attention to detail. Proficiency: You bring hands-on experience in reviewing costs and revenues, reconciling accounts, and managing collections. You are familiar with accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar systems, and you excel in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
