Responsibilities HR Manager Assistance Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administrative tasks. Assist in preparing HR reports,documentation, and employee records. Help implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Recruitment Support Assist in posting job openings for rank-and-file positions. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Timekeeping & Attendance Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records. Monitor leaves, absences, and tardiness, and report to HR Manager. Provide support for payroll processing by submitting accurate attendance data. Trainee Monitoring Assist in onboarding and monitoring trainees, ensuring adherence to training schedules. Track trainee attendance, performance,and progress. Report updates to the HR Manager or Training Supervisor. Company Events Support Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company events and employee engagement programs. Prepare materials and logistics support during events. Other HR Assistance Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager to support HR operations. Job Requirements Educational Attainment Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Work Experience 1 year experience in HR support or administrative roles preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome
