Job Description: Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable team leads - Give guidance, approve disputes, iron out issues, set priorities and goals Process weekly check runs as well as one-offs such as quickpays Reconcile GL accounts monthly Cash application in Quickbooks and Aljex (A/R team might actually do the work, you would oversee the process) Book general journal entries in QB Perform month end close responsibilities between QB and Aljex Submit funding requests from our LOC to maintain cash balance Perform weekly forecasting, anticipating cash requirements and managing cash receipts Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree, Accounting major Previous 5 years progressive accounting experience Previously held role of senior accountant or higher Public accounting experience a plus but not necessary Can start ASAP Amenable to work nightshift (Eastern Timezone) Show more Show less
