  • Full-Time | 30 to 40 Hours/Week
  • Remote / Work-from-Home
  • U.S. Time Zone (Night Shift)
  • Salary: $5 to $6/hour, commensurate with experience
  • Philippine Registered Nurses (RNs) highly preferred
📌 What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Explain our services to new patients, ensuring they understand how our systems work and what to expect
  • Assist healthcare professionals by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care
  • Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing
  • Handle confidential medical information in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Handle other general administrative tasks
Requirements✅ Qualifications:
  • Philippine Registered Nurses (RNs) highly preferred
  • Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. EMR/EHR systems
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setup
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
