The Credit Support Analyst is responsible for processing Credit Report Access and Correction requests for ANZ customers and authorised third parties. In addition, the Credit Correction Officer will: interact with ANZ customers and third parties via phone, email and mail channels. access information for Retail and Commercial Lending products including Small Business Loans, Commercial Credit Cards, and Personal Loans, Consumer Credit Cards, Overdrafts, Mortgages and Esanda products. be accountable for correcting ANZ customer credit reports where necessary and maintaining up to date and accurate customer records.
