- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations / Training / Workforce as Team Lead or Manager
- Preferably with experience in Travel, Healthcare, Insurance or Financial Account
- Must be a College Graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months of recruitment/sourcing experience, but freshers are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work in Iloilo Site
- Must be willing to work in a contractual role and candidate is subject to absorption or extension basis performance
