People Service Manager Location : IT Park, Cebu Shift : 9PM-6AM PH Time, Mon-Fri Arrangement : Onsite Unlock your potential! + Manage a team of 100+ Team Members + Brings the WOW and makes it easy for our employees so that they can do meaningful and awesome work for our clients. Responsibilities + Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in production + Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets, Engagement, eNPS, SAT scores, absenteeism) + Help outlier Team Members complete deliverables related to compliance, learning, performance reviews, etc. + Drive overall communication and manage MS Teams channels (Internal, stakeholders, team member) + Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Member experience + Provide assistance & leadership during crisis management for business continuity purposes + Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards are practiced at all times + Coordination and collaboration with support functions as needed Personal Attributes + Communication - Clear, Concise and Compelling + Presentation - High influencing ability, enjoys being on stage and the comfortable being at the center of driving a discussion. + Intelligence - A natural problem solver, with an ability to see the problem after the problem.
