Job SummaryThe estimator is responsible for managing and delivering accurate and timely project estimates throughout the tendering process, while supporting technical compliance in waterproofing designs. The role includes technical drawing reviews and documentation and providing quotes on waterproofing compliance in line with the Australian standards and NCC Vol 1&2. This position requires self-management, strong communication to professional excellence and alignment with the company’s vision and values.Education/QualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field or relevant experienceKnowledge of AS4654.1, AS4858 and the NCC Vol 1 & 2 is preferredSkills and ExperienceProficient understanding of Australian waterproofing standards, NCC requirement and industry compliance requirementsProficient in AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam for markups and design reviewsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience preparing and reviewing compliance documentation and quotesAbility to work autonomously and as part of a professional and collaborative teamStrong attention to detailEfficient use of Scoro to produce quotes and log all communicationsDuties and ResponsibilitiesProvide and manage cost estimates throughout the tendering process and during sales engagementStay up-to-date with building codes, waterproofing standards and compliance requirementsDeliver quotes in line with the relevant standardsEnsure accuracy in quoting, following procedures and file managementWork independently and professionally within a knowledge sharing teamSatellite Office partners with some of the world’s leading brands to build high-performing offshore teams based in the Philippines.
