Enlarging and updating the district base maps by plotting according to the technical desciption into standard size and scale;
Making research for data required in preparing such maps on other offices, like Bureau of Lands and verifying in the field these data in order to tie up with Office records;
Helps construct tax map showing graphically all real properties subject to assessment;
Helps establish a real property identification and system which conforms to the standard prescribed by the Department of Finance;
Perform other functions assigned by the Tax Mapper V

Possess Draftsman (MC 10 s. 2013 Cat. II) Certificate
Completion of 2 years studies (72 units) in college or high school graduate with relevant vocational or trade course
Four (4) hours of relevant training
1 year relevant work experience
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD
