We are now expanding into medical devices and food & beverage manufacturing, and we're looking for an experienced leader to spearhead this exciting new segment. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to establish and grow ChemActiv's presence in non-semiconductor manufacturing sectors, specifically medical devices and food & beverage. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for identifying new market opportunities, sourcing products and principals, generating leads, and opening new accounts in these sectors. The ideal candidate is a well-connected business development professional with a proven track record of building new business lines, establishing supplier relationships, and closing high-value deals in the Philippine manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Market Development: Conduct market research to identify and evaluate opportunities in the medical devices and food & beverage manufacturing sectors. Map industry players, decision-makers, and key influencers. Supplier & Product Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and principals aligned with ChemActiv's quality and reliability standards. Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing, and exclusivity arrangements. Business Acquisition: Generate qualified leads, pitch ChemActiv's offerings, and convert prospects into new accounts. Build strong relationships with procurement, engineering, and production decision-makers. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the new segment. Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the operations, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support of new clients. Provide market feedback to guide product development and sourcing. Brand Representation: Represent ChemActiv at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, account management, or sales in industrial chemicals, manufacturing supplies, or related fields. Industry Knowledge: Strong network and proven track record in medical devices and/or food & beverage manufacturing sectors in the Philippines. Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong market research and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in lead generation and consultative selling. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for client and supplier visits. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field preferred.
