- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their hiring challenges.
- Demonstrate how Kalibrr can help them hire better talent.
- Prepare business proposals tailored to each client and negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- 50 to 80 outbound messages
- 20 to 30 prospecting calls
- 8 to 12 discovery meetings
- 3 to 5 product demonstrations
- Enjoys finding opportunities and starting conversations.
- Is naturally curious about technology and enjoys exploring software and tools.
- Likes solving business problems for clients.
- Is disciplined about follow ups and managing a pipeline.
- Is resilient and motivated by hitting targets.
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating software to clients.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing sales activities.
- Experience in B2B sales, selling software or SaaS products
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- A strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
