This role reports to the Manager of Learning and Development and conducts training/development needs analysis and assessment and development and implements specific training and development programs and initiatives to meet assessed needs. Position Responsibilities: Engage and collaborate with the different functions to discuss training initiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor an d evaluate results and impact Provide high-quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice, support service to assist in developing workforce capability Handle small-scale projects and programs and function-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives Support organization-wide scale programs in the organization Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program and be creative to maximize the use of the L&D budget Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually Required Qualifications: University graduate of any business-related course Must have at least 3-4 years' experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined 1-2 years relevant work experience in managing and executing programs Experience in using Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platforms Experience in process improvement and project management Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Strong Program Design, Delivery and Evaluation Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Project Management skills Ability to proactively respond to situations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.
