- Manage employee benefits programs including, but not limited to, HMO enrolment, group life insurance, and other related benefits
- Issue employment contracts and manage related documentation
- Assist with other HR tasks as assigned to support HR operations
- Support onboarding orientation for new hires
- Support employee wellbeing through first aid, wellness monitoring, and basic health education as the Company Nurse
- Support tasks related to government benefits such as SSS and PAG-IBIG
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with a valid nursing license
- 1 year experience as a company/office nurse with exposure to HMO coordination (non-negotiable)
- Basic knowledge of HR functions, benefits, and onboarding
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willing to report at our Ayala, Makati office at least once a week
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)
