RPA Developer

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions based on business requirements
• Enhance existing automations to improve performance, scalability, and resilience
• Ensure new releases are thoroughly tested and do not impact live processes
• Maintain reusable components and development best practices
• Automation Operations & Support
• Monitor live automations and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents
• Manage version upgrades and environment compatibility

• Set up and configure virtual machines and required system access for automation execution
• Coordinate with IT teams to provision infrastructure aligned with automation demand

• Follow change management, risk, and approval processes for all automation deployments
• Maintain accurate technical and solution documentation
• Ensure automations comply with internal policies, controls, and service management standards

• Identify opportunities for new automations and process optimization
• Work closely with business and technical teams throughout the automation lifecycle
• Promote adoption and effective use of automation technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in RPA development, automation delivery, or related IT roles
• Hands-on experience building and supporting automations in a production environment

• Blue Prism Developer accreditation (or equivalent RPA platform certification)
• Lean or Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or similar process improvement certification)
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and change management practices

• Understanding of finance and accounting processes such as, Source-to-Pay, Customer-to-Cash, Record-to-Report

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with RPA platform monitoring, release management, and environment setup
• Virtual machine and application configuration for automation execution
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
