• Conducts laboratory scale production as part of experimental study.
• Conducts continuous product shelf-life study to set maximum shelf-life declaration.
• Conducts sensory evaluation of developed products for approval, existing expired products that passed micro-analysis to verify if still okay for house sale.
• Evaluates samples submitted by supplier for possible alternative source of material/ingredients.
• Conducts actual stacking height testing of incoming new corrugated box for possible alternative supplier.
• Assists Assistant R&D Manager in conducting experiments.
