- Create detailed sales business plans
- Travel as necessary to meet with end users for project specification
- Set and manage sales goals and quotas
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Assist in finding prospects and leads
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Build strong client rapport
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Provide customer support when needed
- Learn new product and services features and benefits
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Strong Key Account management
- Experience in films/media, printer partners, brand owners are a bonus
