HR Specialist Work-from-Home | Full-Time | EST Hours In this role, you'll help uphold company policies and procedures while supporting all areas of Human Resources. You'll take the lead in coordinating employee engagement programs, managing HR projects, and maintaining accurate HR systems and records. Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll also help handle employee relations matters-including grievances, performance issues, and disciplinary actions-in line with company policies and legal standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, including performance, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Conduct investigations, ensure compliance, and maintain thorough documentation. Manage payroll inputs, time-off requests, reimbursements, and compensation-related processes. Prepare contracts, handle promotions and raises, and maintain up-to-date employee records. Oversee task assignments and ensure timely completion of HR projects. Maintain confidentiality and respond promptly to time-sensitive matters. Keep the HR CRM system accurate and up to date. Coordinate with Payroll and other departments to support smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role. Familiarity with HR processes and basic HR software tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Adaptable and quick to learn new systems, policies, and procedures.
