- Approved and align targets for OMS KPI Tree indicators and roles/responsibilities for Operations Managers, ensuring proper implementation and ownership.
- Collaborate with HR for new leader onboarding and training on objectives, KPIs, and operational responsibilities.
- Coordinate volume forecasting with customers and review resource planning monthly, addressing performance deviations with Operations Managers.
- Track key metrics such as employee attendance, overtime costs, turnover rates, inventory accuracy, and customer claims to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) are up to date and accessible, supporting training initiatives and operational excellence.
- Engage in performance management through regular reviews and meetings, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Monitor safety metrics and support improvement actions aligned with customer requirements and financial investments.
- Facilitate monthly meetings to discuss site performance and promote team engagement, while fostering a wellness culture within the site.
