About the Role: We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as SAP SuccessFactors Consultants/Managers . This role is open to individuals with varying levels of experience, from hands-on consultants to experienced managers. You will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring HR transformation and operational excellence for our clients. Location: Makati City, CBD Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x a week onsite) Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.). Support clients in translating business requirements into functional solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of existing SAP SuccessFactors environments. Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases, updates, and best practices. Qualifications Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (at least one module required, multiple modules preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams, managing priorities in a dynamic environment. Consultant Level: 4-7 years of SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS experience (implementation or support). Assistant Manager Level: 7-10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with involvement in end-to-end implementations. Manager Level: 10-12 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, proven track record in leading projects, managing teams, and engaging with clients at a strategic level.
