The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial reports and developing financial models as tools for strategic business decisions. The team member will also be in-charge of the coordination and execution of internal financial reporting across all levels of organization in the company and leading the team's planning efforts, process improvements, and performance monitoring activities.Experiences & Competencies
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or any four-year related course
- Proficient in spreadsheet software and other related applications, including financial modeling
- Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure design
- Competent in financial software and data analysis tools
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
