Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth, high-quality releases.
Share knowledge through code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Improve product quality by focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Write clean, reliable code and promote team-wide engineering best practices.
Own your work and contribute to building a stable, user-centric product.

What we're looking for:

Over 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, including designing, building, and deploying web services using modern technologies.
Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, including languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (React.js, Angular, Vue.js), HTML/CSS, Ruby (Ruby on Rails), Go Language etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in collaborative team environments.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
Strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth to stay current with the latest software engineering tools, frameworks, and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
