- Maintain and update the masterlist of property listings to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Verify the completeness of listing documents and associated data.
- Organize and file all listing folders and documents efficiently.
- Create documentation for new listings submitted by brokers.
- Develop marketing materials and post property listings on platforms such as REMAX.PH, Lamudi, OLX, etc.
- Assist in executing marketing activities to promote active listings.
- Respond to listing inquiries via email, text, or call, and relay information to brokers.
- Send weekly email campaigns and manage relevant mailing lists.
- Track and document inquiry progression from initial contact to deal closing.
- Collect and consolidate listing information from other brokerages, developers, and banks.
- Create contact lists of industry professionals (brokers, designers, salespersons) for marketing and affiliate purposes.
- Add the broker team to relevant email lists and newsletters.
- Communicate proactively with brokers regarding listings and client inquiries.
- Monitor and report on listing status and masterlist updates.
- Request help and feedback when needed, showing a willingness to grow and learn.
- Value open communication and never hesitate to pick up the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Fast and accurate with data entry tasks.
- Ablet to multi-task and react swiftly to activity on SocMed and online platforms.
- Thorough with online research and documentation.
- Highly organized.
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Makati.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
