Possesses strong business partner capabilities, able to advise senior leadership and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.Demonstrates excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, able to communicate effectively across all levels in a horizontal, collaborative environment. Experienced in fast-paced, high-growth, or international organizations, with a deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance standards.A strategic thinker and internal consultant, comfortable guiding policy implementation, driving talent initiatives, and improving workforce planning. Reflecting agility and hands-on leadership, with a focus on professional development and nurturing high-potential employees.Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the HR team, including two direct reports in recruitment.
- Allocate HR help desk tickets and ensure effective task distribution among team members.
- Conduct weekly alignment meetings with the Global Head of HR on APAC initiatives and global HR goals.
- Oversee regional recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all hiring processes.
- Monitor and enhance recruitment metrics, candidate quality, and process effectiveness.
- Drive employer branding efforts and develop partnerships with universities and recruitment channels.
- Review and improve recruitment processes and candidate screening practices.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct attrition analysis, identifying root causes and recommending interventions.
- Review and guide workforce planning, organizational design, and structural improvements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people-related business issues.
- Establish and enforce performance management policies and processes.
- Guide department heads on performance evaluations, infractions, and termination procedures.
- Oversee regional execution of performance management cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with L&D to deploy leadership and capability development programs.
- Support retention strategies by identifying and developing high-potential employees.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and corporate HR policies across regions.
- Implement HR data capture systems to monitor departmental operations and workforce analytics.
- Oversee rollout of corporate HR programs such as engagement surveys, DEI initiatives, and talent reviews.
- 10+ years of HR experience with exposure across recruitment, core HR, succession planning, performance management, and talent retention.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance standards, especially in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in horizontal, open communication environments with collaborative decision-making.
- Experience in high-growth or international matrixed organizations.
- Generalist or HR business partner background rather than specialist-focused.
- Experience guiding organizations on policy implementation, internal consulting, and professional development initiatives.
