The Role Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Functional Consultant, located in Roxas and open to remote work. The Junior Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering information from stakeholders and end-users, designing business solutions, and creating functional requirements to meet business needs. They will also participate in test planning and execution, user training, and provide post-production support to assure effective system usage, monitor issues, and maintain SLA compliance. Ideal Profile Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, business process analysis, or equivalent industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to strategize and offer solutions to complex technical problems Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be willing to work remotely with some travel to on-site client meetings and consultation as required Work on pre-sales activities as needed Provide functional support as needed Develop training content for product functionalities Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and clients as needed Develop documentation for existing or new functionalities in existing products as needed CPA is an advantage Note: Relevant certification in IT consulting or business process analysis is a plus.
