- Works with customers, account executive teams, and Lexmark leadership to drive development and negotiation of Lexmark sales agreements, direct and indirect, and Lexmark procurement agreements
- Responsible for development and administration of terms and conditions associated with Lexmark's offerings including original agreements, amendments, confidentiality agreements and software license related agreements
- Reviews and understands contract compliance challenges related to leasing, including governmental and regulatory compliance
- Reviews customer proposed contracts, bid packages and requests for proposal and advises management teams regarding contractual risks and risk mitigation strategies
- Reviews vendor proposed contracts and advises management teams regarding contractual risk and mitigation strategies
- Ensures that contract deliverables are properly documented in the appropriate tools and available to the enterprise
- Assists in other projects related to legal, sales and/or sourcing strategies and initiatives as may be requested
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision

- License to practice law and is admitted to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (in good standing)
- 5+ years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
- Knowledge of legal and commercial terms/concepts
- Demonstrated experience of improving contractual processes
- Experience in negotiating with multi-national firms
- In-house and law firm experience
- Knowledge of Canadian, U.S. and European privacy laws (CIPP certification is a plus!)
