  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of initial/regular switching of retail customers.
  • Verify customer eligibility and validate data (meter numbers, usage history, account information) to ensure successful enrollment in the CRB.
  • Track the status of switches and resolve switch concerns, if any.
  • Communicate directly with customers to explain switching processes, timelines, and address inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, compliance, and operations teams to support bulk switch campaigns and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all switching activities.
  • Gather and manage customer data to be used for insights and analysis.
  • Prepare dashboards and regular reports assigned.
  • Stay up-to-date with utility rules, market regulations (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE), and switching procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate switching workflows.
  • Performing other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply; however, fresh graduates are also welcome.
A detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Operations Associate to manage and facilitate switching retail customers (RCOA, GEOP and RAP). This role involves close coordinations with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to IEMOP, DUs/ECs, Customers, and various internal teams to ensure a seamless and compliant transition for retail power service. Functions also include identification of systems and process improvement, database management and monitoring via CRM and other tools used by the Company. Prepare reports and dashboard as necessary.
