Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Team Lead located in Metro Manila. The BPO Team Lead will be responsible for managing daily team operations, overseeing team performance, and ensuring service delivery excellence. This includes monitoring KPIs, providing coaching and support to team members, developing strategies to improve productivity and quality, and coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives. The BPO Team Lead will also handle client interactions, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience in team management, coaching, and performance monitoring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement strategies for productivity and quality improvement Proficiency in handling client interactions and resolving issues Knowledge of BPO industry standards and best practices Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila Bachelor&aposs degree in any field or equivalent experience Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus Flexibility to work in shifts if required Show more Show less
