This position will have full responsibility for candidate sourcing and screening/interviewing, and for managing the offer and hiring processes for assigned requisitions.Job DescriptionDesigns and Implements Recruiting StrategiesEnsures that the company attracts and hires the best candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.Participates in the recruitment process by discussing staffing needs with the line managers, completing positions requisitions and postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews and managing the applicant through the entire recruitment process.Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualificationsProvides hiring reports and plan of activities in order to ensure Delivery of Job Request (JR) on time.Determines effectiveness of hiring process and keep the customers informed of development, issues and concerns.Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.Requirements:Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-2 years of recruiting experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
