Job Summary The Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall relationship of the Bank with the client. This role generates business from existing and prospect accounts and manages the accounts to ensure attainment of individual business and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Solicits, develops and originates new deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts and manages the loan-and-trade-related relationship of his assigned portfolio Analyzes current and prospective portfolio and prepares growth and profitability account strategies Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Qualifications Completion of Bachelors' degree, preferably in a Business course Minimum 2 years in commercial lending, client acquisition and/or investments Knowledge in Capital Market products is an advantage Knowledge in Credit Evaluation and Financial Analysis Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer focus Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
