- Grow successful partnership across set of clients under minimal mentorship of an Account Director and support of an Account Executive
- Understand and meet clients' needs through meaningful conversations and consistent engagement
- Build purposeful account plans to address clients' priorities, and identify commercial opportunities
- Translate commercial opportunities to relevant proposals to help answer clients' business questions and achieve the team's commercial target
- Deliver Impactful stories/presentations that will help craft clients' strategies
- Guide the Account Executive on their day to day tasks and ensure the development of their career
- At least 5 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Partnership/Consulting, Market Research Quantitative and handling and interpreting sophisticated quantitative data
- MS Office: Powerpoint and excel
- Skills and experience in building and delivering presentations
- Able to provide Insights, can do networking and negotiation
- Agile, flexible and Proactive
