Application Duration: This job posting will remain open until the vacancy is filled.D&IT Business Solutions AnalystWhat this role is aboutThe D&IT Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining local applications while collaborating with business stakeholders and D&IT partners to identify and implement capability enhancements. The role ensures third-party vendors meet contractual obligations and contributes to the successful rollout and localization of centralized systems. Additionally, the analyst upholds compliance with JTI's governance, project management methodologies, and security standards.What you will doCapability Management
- Identify and enhance digital capabilities.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to reuse and deploy existing solutions.
- Support the localization and deployment of centralized systems across markets.
- Share learnings and best practices with other regions.
- Use low-code tools to deliver short-term solutions.
- Leverage APIs for better integration and user experience.
- Ensure stable and compliant operation of D&IT applications.
- Manage incidents, problems, and service improvements.
- Manage application portfolios and support project execution.
- Act as a technology expert and contribute to crisis management.
- Manage budgets and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
- Promote cost efficiency and risk reduction.
- Explore new technologies and trends to improve business models and operations
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Experience working in multinational companies, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
- Experience with Hadoop-based platforms (e.g., Synapse, Databricks).
- Skilled in Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar cloud-based ETL tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Python Notebooks.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or PySpark.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of urgency and strategic prioritization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Language: Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written, in a professional settin
- Master's degree in a field related to analytics.
- Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
- Creative and innovative mindset; ability to challenge the status quo.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
- Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with low-code tools and API integrations.
