This role drives HR strategy, ensures compliance, and supports workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead HR operations across multiple locations within the region. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance. Supervise performance management, training, and development programs. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regional regulations. Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8-12 years of HR experience, with 3-5 years in a regional or managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and multi-location HR management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
