This role combines analytical insight, leadership, and a proactive mindset to optimize financial processes and support business growth.Your Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & AnalysisCreate and maintain detailed financial models for projects, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.Conduct feasibility studies and investment appraisals aligned with market trends and industry benchmarks.Provide valuation support for acquisitions, divestments, or joint ventures.Loan Management & Capital RaisingPrepare comprehensive loan applications with projections, ratios, and documentation for banks and financial institutions.Collaborate with lenders on negotiations, terms, and compliance.Assist in preparing investor materials for equity offerings and fundraising initiatives.Financial Oversight & ReportingMonitor loan drawdowns, repayments, and compliance with financial covenants.Prepare management reports for the CFO and executive team, highlighting key financial metrics.Support cash flow planning and allocation to maximize liquidity across business units.Foster strong relationships with banks, investors, and funding agencies.Process Improvement & GovernanceRecommend enhancements to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.Mentor junior finance staff on modeling, reporting, and analysis techniques.What our Client is Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong experience in budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.Solid understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, ethical, and results-driven.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Willingness to work on-site and travel occasionally.Ready to take the next step in your career?
