Primary Purpose of RoleThe Graphic Designer is responsible for:Designing and producing print and digital marketing material, across multiple retail brands;Producing high-quality finished art that adheres to brand guidelines and ensures consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign CollateralDesign marketing collateral (i.e. design look & feel, tone, colour, lighting, typography, image style, etc.) across a range of mediums;Design and produce in-store POS, store signage and seasonal product guides;Design and produce EDMs, digital banners and social media imagery;Develop presentation material and maintain brand style guides;Liaise with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to execute seasonal campaigns;Assist in styling and directing photography for web shots, social media, EDM and campaign shoots;Image retouching for print and web.Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork collaboratively with internal teams such as Marketing, Retail Ops and HR to produce collateral that is on brief;Interpret brief and seek clarification;Manage expectations of internal teams by communicating effectively and providing design solutions where required;Ensure accurate planning to meet set deadlinesKey Skills Qualifications & ExperiencePrerequisite Skills:Sound knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoshopProven experience in preparing digital files for printAbility to work on multiple tasks and brands concurrentlyStrong layout and typography skills.Ability to work autonomously whilst also being a collaborative team playerWorking knowledge of CSS and HTMExperience using front end web development and CMS management systemsExcellent communication skillsEducation/Qualifications/MembershipsTertiary qualification in graphic design, digital design, multimedia or equivalentPreferred Experience:Exposure to agency or multiple brand work environmentsExperience across a range of digital and print mediums (including POS) in a retail environment.A keen interest in fashion and retail design trends is advantageous.Satellite Office partners with some of the world’s leading brands to build high-performing offshore teams based in the Philippines.
