- Establish and lead an integrated HR Shared Services function for the entire group
- Standardize HR policies and processes across different business units while addressing specific needs
- Align HR strategy with overall business goals, including workforce planning and talent development
- Lead initiatives in organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement
- Oversee all core HR operations including recruitment, compensation, compliance, and labor relations
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Recommend and implement a new HR system that seamlessly integrates with existing ERP platforms, optimize organizational structures, and lead the company through cultural transformation initiatives.
- Guide and develop the HR team across different companies within the group
- Support change management and culture-building programs across all levels
