Job Title: Senior Analytics Engineer Location: Manila, Philippines (Hybrid - 3x/week onsite) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Manila Time) Domain: International Development / Public Sector / Financial Institution About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and developing end-to-end data solutions that support critical decision-making and strategic planning across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust data pipelines , implement dimensional data models, and develop insightful and interactive dashboards using Power BI , while ensuring the integrity, scalability, and security of all data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines from various source systems to the data warehouse. Implement dimensional data models following Kimball methodology. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI . Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Apply best practices in data validation , quality assurance, and secure coding . Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Prepare both high-level and detailed technical designs for scalable data solutions. Work with CI/CD pipelines , cloud platforms, and DevOps tools to deploy and maintain solutions. Continuously research and implement data engineering and visualization innovations . Perform additional relevant tasks as required. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Analytics Engineer or Senior Developer role. Extensive experience in system architecture , design, and integration. Expertise in dimensional modeling , ETL/ELT , and data warehousing . Proficiency in Python, PySpark , and SQL for data pipeline development. Strong background in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Experience using Microsoft 365 , Azure , or AWS cloud platforms. Proven proficiency in Power BI (experience with Tableau is a plus). Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines . Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent command of written and spoken English . Preferred Certifications (not mandatory): Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum , or DevOps . Microsoft or Azure-related certifications.
